Pastor Donald Jacobs
ASSOCIATE PASTOR / MINISTER OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION​

​Pastor Donald Jacobs is The Associate Pastor and Minister of Christian Education at The Church of Divine Guidance, in Los Angeles.  Donald has been involved in Christian ministry for most of his life. Both grandfathers were preachers and he sang in the choir that was directed by his mother.  He has served in leadership capacities in ministries from coast to coast.  He has been in music ministry since his childhood and has served in offices as Trustee, Steward, Chairman, Vice President, and now Associate Pastor.  Donald is now retired however his business background included decades of diverse business experience at executive levels in start-up and early stage companies in the technology, medical products, banking/financial and services sectors.   He was the owner of Strategic Adviser a company that provided consulting and advisory services.  He is also a founder and CEO of 5 For Freedom, Inc., a non-profit corporation for the creation and operation of a memorial for veterans of the Middle East conflicts.
Donald and his wife Ruth, who went to be with the Lord January 24, 2015, were married for over 40 years.  Donald has three living children, 10 grandchildren and in August of this year became a great grandfather for the first time.
